Agreement to terms

By accessing or using ShoutIt you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The operator of ShoutIt is [Legal entity name — to be provided]. These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction — to be provided]except to the extent any mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Eligibility and account use

You must be able to form a binding contract to use ShoutIt. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Wallet and social account connections

You may connect wallets and X accounts to ShoutIt. Connecting a wallet proves control of that address; it does not give ShoutIt custody or permission to move, transfer, or approve assets. Connecting X authorizes ShoutIt to act on your behalf only to the extent you separately approve an action. You are responsible for the wallets and accounts you connect and for keeping them secure.

ShoutIt never requests or stores private keys or seed phrases. Connecting X does not automatically authorize posting.

User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the content of your shouts and any posts you publish. You represent that you have the rights to publish your content and that it does not violate law or these terms.

Explicit approval before publishing

No social post is published automatically. Every post must be separately reviewed and explicitly approved by you before publication. Once you approve a post it is published natively to ShoutIt and, if you separately choose to share it to X, through your connected X account, subject to X's own policies.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use ShoutIt to spam, manipulate markets, coordinate artificial activity, mislead others, impersonate, circumvent verification, or facilitate fraud or abuse. Coordinated inauthentic behavior, wash-style signaling, and any attempt to fake or inflate verified holdings are prohibited. We may remove content, revoke verifications, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

What a Verified Shout means

A Verified Shout is a post associated with a wallet whose control was verified by signature and whose relevant token holding was confirmed server-side at the time of verification. Verification is only a point-in-time confirmation of ownership/control and a snapshot of holdings at that moment. It is not a guarantee that the holding continues to exist, that the wallet remains controlled by the same person, or that any statement in the post is accurate.

No investment or financial advice

ShoutIt does not provide investment, financial, trading, or legal advice. Nothing published through ShoutIt is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation. You should not treat shouts, verifications, or any ShoutIt output as financial advice.

No guarantee of value

Verification of a holding does not mean a token will increase in value or perform in any way. Token prices are volatile and you may lose money. ShoutIt makes no representation about the future value of any asset.

User responsibility for published statements

You are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of the statements you publish. ShoutIt is not the publisher or author of your content and disclaims responsibility for user-generated statements, except as required by law.

Free and paid Shouts

Every authenticated user receives exactly one free Verified Shout for life. Browsing the Feed, connecting wallets, viewing holdings, previewing a Shout, using Wallet Court, and optional X distribution are free. Additional Verified Shouts will be available for $5 each, or five per month with a Pro subscription at $19/month, once payments are activated. Paid purchasing is currently presented as "coming soon" and no charges can be made until then. When paid features are activated, any fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be described at that time and incorporated into these terms or a separate billing agreement. No charges apply until then, and no user is charged retroactively.

Intellectual property

ShoutIt retains rights to the service, its branding, and its software. You retain rights to your content. By publishing through ShoutIt you grant the rights necessary to display and distribute your published posts through the connected platform.

Service availability

We strive to keep ShoutIt available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Availability may be affected by third-party providers (wallet connectors, on-chain data providers, X), network conditions, maintenance, or events outside our control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or its users. You may stop using ShoutIt at any time and disconnect any wallet or X account at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShoutIt and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or token losses, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in[Governing jurisdiction — to be provided].

Updates to terms

We may update these terms as ShoutIt evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
